Stacey and Tim, both veterans of their own transformative journeys, know the power of fitness firsthand. Witnessing its impact on their lives sparked a fire – a fire to share that light with their beloved Woori Yallock community.

Both of us have experienced our own health and fitness improvements, and have suffered with mental health, depression and anxiety challenges.
